"After a long history at Newbridge Primary School, including 11 years as Headteacher, I have made the difficult decision to resign at the end of August 2026. Newbridge has been a huge part of my life, and it has been an absolute privilege to work with such incredible children, families, staff and governors within this remarkable community.
While the decision has not been easy, I feel the time is right to seek a new challenge and take more time to pursue my own interests.
I will leave immensely proud of the school and community we have built together and confident that Newbridge has a strong and positive future ahead".
